April Jeanette Mendez (conceived March 19, 1987) is an American proficient wrestler marked to WWE under the ring name AJ Lee. She is a previous two-time WWE Divas Champion and holds the longest rule in the title's history at 295 days.

Mendez started her profession performing on the New Jersey free circuit as Miss April, for the most part in Women Superstars Uncensored. In the wake of joining WWE in 2009, she put in two years in its formative domain, Florida Championship Wrestling, and partook in the third season of NXT in 2010, putting third in the opposition. In 2012, in the wake of being included in a few on-screen associations with wrestlers quarreling over the WWE Championship and World Heavyweight Championship, while additionally serving as Raw General Manager for three months, AJ was named WWE's "Diva of the Year". In June 2013, AJ caught her first WWE Divas Championship by vanquishing Kaitlyn.
