Since one insane fan isn't sufficient for a Roman Reigns passageway, when he advanced down the strides towards the ring, a "full grown" lady in a blue shirt held out her clench hand for Reigns to knock. 

Rules clench hand knock her in transit down, making her go into a hyper craze, bouncing around and smiling like she'd simply won the lottery or something.
