Taker more likely than not read a portion of the things online about his shaggy back in the hours taking after Battleground. How couldn't have he? Literally everybody had their say and weren't excessively complimenting in regards, making it impossible to it. 

It was along these lines a somewhat of a stun to see it back in all it's brilliance on RAW. (Here's a superior shot of the neck tattoos delineated four sections pervious)
