10. A Long Time Coming

By making a shock passageway at #3, Bubba Ray Dudley set the record for setting aside the longest time for a WWE star to make their Rumble debut. 

Bubba initially joined WWE in 1999, and despite the fact that he performed at Royal Rumble PPVs previously, it took him 16 years to make it in the Rumble match itself.
